My name is Sara and I live in Jefferson City with my husband TJ and our beautiful daughter Savannah. I have always been interested in recycling, growing our own food and even raising chickens to provide us with eggs. So cloth diapering had been on my mind as an option. I became interested in cloth diapers before my daughter was born. I heard how long it takes diapers to break down at a baby shower and started thinking about cloth. I heard the benefits and thought I would give them a try, even if I could only do it part time. I started to look at all the different types of diapers and decided I really needed to look at the diapers in person. I could not decide which ones would be best for my baby from a picture...there were too many options! I wanted to look at several in person. I wanted to look and feel, then buy the one I thought would fit my family's lifestyle. Baby carriers have been wonderful, but again only a few stores in town carry just a few types. You can't try them out in the store. How do you know which one you will like? I started with a Moby wrap and a homemade sling. Savannah loves being close to mom and dad. She started to outgrow the sling and I looked at other options! We love babywearing!!! I am so excited to bring these options and Sprouting Up to Mid-Missouri! I get to stay home with my daughter and help other moms find just what they are looking for! Please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have! |
