Sprouting Up's Return Policy
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of your purchase, in unopened, unused condition for a full refund minus shipping and handling costs. If more than 30 days have passed, but less than 90, the refund will be given in the form of store credit. Shipping and handling costs will be deducted if order was shipped. Insure any items you return as we will not be responsible for returned items lost or damaged in the mail.
If an error on our part is found we will pay for shipping on returns as well as to ship the new order to you. Defective merchandise will be replaced within the first 30 days of your order. Sprouting Up cannot be responsible for defective merchandise after 30 days. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty information. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer.
Sprouting Up cannot allow returns on open products, clearance items, personalized products, or special orders. Items returned in used condition or opened packages will be subject to a 50% restocking fee as well as any shipping or handling charges.
